History News Volume/Issue:Volume 62, #2Tim Grove speaks on the number of American adults connected to the Internet and how history organizations can use that information to their benefit.

He says sites have capitalized on new phases of technology by experimenting with audio tours and podcasts to further engage their visitors.

In addition to visitor services, Grove says that history organization have a responsibility to provide accurate, scholarly information and, when possible, to make original source materials available for the public who use the Internet for research and education.

Grove concludes that as important as it is to have an understanding of who is using technology, it is also important to learn how they will use it.
