Tim Grove speaks on the importance of designing and maintaining a website.

He uses the Morrison County Historical Society as an example of an organization that wanted to create a website that was easy to maintain, which they did. Four years later they created a blog that would link to the homepage for an even easier way to post news and events.

Grove also cites Monticello as an example establishing a website redesign strategy to increase engagement with the larger community. Grove says that institutional websites should have up-to-date information, personal relevance, easy navigation, and an engaging design.
